Feso is an up and coming emcee from the Chicago land area. Yesterday, he stopped by the office pick up the Obama collab shirt and he ended up leaving . After hearing track 3 on his cd, I knew I had to share him with you. With a focus on lyrics, Feso wants to return hip hop to its origins where emcees delivered messages between the chorus. So I eat sushi quite a bit. I want to eat it more but I want to really understand the art that is sushi. I try to get good sushi in the Midwest but it can be difficult. What really made me decide to take on sushi art as a new hobby is the yellowtail sashimi at Domo. It's overpriced garbage. There was no precision in the cut of the fish or the jalapeño. The ponzu sauce was decent but there was no cilantro. Now, I am no sushi expert but I've eaten at Nobu enough times to know how good this shit can taste. If you want to find out how to get high quality extremely fresh fish to your door check out Catalina. Anyway, I've got a lot of studying to do.

With the New Year upon us so do New Years Resolutions, one of mine is to get into shape and eat healthy (basically everyones resolution) or just another reason to cop some new kicks haha. I've tried to exercise in skate/dunks type shoes and those shoes don't offer the support or the technology needed to give you that little extra during your work out. So I decided to take on the challenge of finding an athletic shoe with a streetwear look to it. I mean you can always get Jordan's , but I wouldn't want to ruin a pair of Js. So I peeped all the heavy hitters (LeBron, DWade, Steve Nash, Garnett) the pair that stood out the most were the Zoom Kobe IV they're one of the few low cut basketball shoes so they are light, have great support from the Nike's innovated technology in shoes and did i mention they are really fresh! Check em out!
